Low Power MCU with space grade qualification

Hello team,

My customer has a new design that needs Low power MCU, prefers ARM-Cortex M based to meet the conditions of a Spacecraft and a Space Hazards Environmental.

Please advise if NXP has such an MCU/MPU solution?

in addition, could you please advise if NXP also supports SpaceWire interface (a spacecraft communication network based in part on the IEEE 1355 standard)?

Dear Gomez,

I have referred to your suggest link but I did not found anything relevant for space.

if you could point out to me where I can find all the MCU that meets space-grade that passed Space Radiation Tolerant tests (TID and/or SEE radiation effects measured and reported), it would be great.

We know that some of our products are using on space products, but we do not have any product that is qualified on IEEE 1355.
