Licensing terms for InterNiche TCP_Light

Hi,
when looked into the sources of TCP_Light I was discovered two different licenses within it. One is license.txt in the root of COLDFIRE_LITE_BY_INTERNICHE_REV1.zip and another in the license.h some folders deeper. Which of these licenses is right?
Or more precisely, can I use this code with MC9S12NE64 (from legal point of view)?

No. you can not. I will correct the license issue. The free Ethernet stack is for ColdFire only.

Might call CMX they have a very nice ne64 stack. There is also OpenTcp.

Instead of jumping right to CMX or OpenTCP, you should consider contacting InterNiche (Sales "at" iNiche.com) and discussing the matter in more detail.
