Help choosing ColdFire MCU/MPU

Must Have functionality:

- Ethernet

- USB (slave)

- The more UARTs the better

- Available now (production by April 2010)

Nice to have:

- LCD control

 if you can use external LCD controller, I suggest MCF52259
