Has anyone designed with MCF5327?

I have had problems communicating with the MCF5327. It looks like on my board that the reset pin stays low all the time and never comes out of reset. Does anyone have any ideas?? I need help ASAP!!!
Also, I can not to put the program in flash because it says me that "Cannot connect with the BDM" but it is connected.

Can you share a bit more information for the community to help? Many of us have done design work on the 532x family.
What basic debug steps have you already done?

Sorry , i did a mistake.
OK your problem is the release of datasheet that you have used.
if you design your application with revision 3 there are 19 pins of map BGA 196 pin wrong.
You need use Rev4.
