Hello,

please sent eMail to holger.wild@isystem-ag.com. You will receive a CD with complete GNU toolchain and IDE installed free of charge. This is a universal GNU, so you need the header files (SFR) for your particular controller - you can usually download this from freescale webpage.

Check out CodeSourcery.com. Their G++ Lite might do what you want.
