Where can I find the Ethernet drivers for the MCF5235EVB ?

Or also find some source code  that could be used  like example ?

Hello,

You could have a look to fnet and the MCF5282 port, which is close to the MCF5235.

An alternative solution is FreeRTOS with the lwIP_MCF5235_GCC demo, or RTEMS, a very mature system with MCF5235EVB bsp
