They may have done many years ago when the ColdFire range was new, but that was 20 YEARS ago, back in 1994. Their web site has been rearranged a few times since then. Time to use search and archaeology.
Typing "coldfire dhrystone" into the search field at freescale.com found this "DHRYSTONE Benchmark Program" source file (one of three)

Those files may have been linked to the M5407CE Evaluation Board page at some time in the past, but seem to be "orphans" now.
If you type "dhrystone app note" you'll get some hits on MPC (Power) chip evaluation.
