5V SRAM for 68x302

Is it just me? Or is anyone else having difficulty finding 5V SRAM for their 68K microcontrollers?

We're using a 25MHz 68LC302 with 512K X 16 55nS LPSRAM. Samsung is getting out of the 5V SRAM market, and most every other memory maker has phased out their 5V parts.

Can anyone tell me where they source their 5V SRAM?

One company that has older parts is ISSI.
