div-by-zero exception handing in CodeWarrior Development Studio for StarCore

Source code of my team is written in C.

there is no exception handling syntax in C  such as try~ exception of C++ .

Any alternatives for exception handing in CodeWarrior Development Studio for StarCore(version "10.0.0")?
