The Classic (non-Eclipse-based) CodeWarrior for MCUs v6.3 tools support this part, provided the MCU v6.3 MM256/JE256 Service Pack is installed.
The Eclipse-based CodeWarrior tools, CodeWarrior for MCUs v10.1, also support this part. I just checked and it can be selected in the New Project wizard.
