I remember I saw RTCS is available on my CW7.1 for ColdFire. Today I am evaluating a TAD debugger lab for 52259. But I am surprised that both TAD and RTCS plug-ins are not available anymore. I installed the MQX 3.1, I checked the release note and installed directory.
Under CW directory, I saw the latest CFrtos_MQX.dll file:
C:\Program Files\Freescale\CodeWarrior for ColdFire V7.1\bin\Plugins\Debugger\rtos\CFrtos_MQX.dll
But I found my project settings file \hvac_error_m52259evb.mcp for debugger setting. I saw the target OS is barehead. Yes, the MQX is in grey, and has no license.
I wonder if the MQX is a complementary for 52259, why I have such license issue? Does anyone hit same problem? Should I get a license from ARC/Freescale, or should I get a license for CodeWarrior, I do have installed the CW7.1 for over one month.
Thanks for your sharing your ideas in advance.

Either way you look at it, if it is either a technical problem or a licensing issue, you need to file a service request on it. Click here to do that.
