When I use CodeWarrior software for flash programming, the Add Action position at Flash Programmer Actions is gray and cannot be selected.how should i solve this problem? The phenomenon and software information are shown in the following figure.

Please open CodeWarrior with command "eclipse\cwide.exe -nl en" to use the English edition.
