Reading DIMM SPD using CW 10.5

Hi,

      I am planning to generate DDR configurations by reading DIMM SPD in Codewarrior eclipse 10.5 version. I am using CWTAP USB version. Kindly help me with  the probe type ID i have to provide in the below screenshot.

      and clarify , how JATG will read SPD ? does it require to load basic .tcl before reading SPD?

If you are using CWTAP over usb, and this is the only tap probe connected to your machine, is not required to enter any TAP ID. Just select Probe: CWTAP and click on Read SPD.

SPD data is read from the DIMM using an application which is running when Read SPD button is press. This process is transparent for users.

Thank you Adrina. It is reading SPD even if i leave probe ID blank.
