Offline installation of QorIQ Configuration and Validation Suite (QCVS)

Hello,

I am attempting to archive our setup steps for QCVS and am having a hard time getting an offline artifact to cache. I am looking for the QCVS zip file (plugin to eclipse, found at update site http://freescale.com/lgfiles/updates/Eclipse/PA10_5_1/com.freescale.pa.qcvs_lin). I have attempted to go to that URL directly, and attempted to wget as I've found suggested in other places to no avail.

That's the online update site. You can't take the QCVS zip from there, just use it in eclipse for QCVS instalation.

I understand, but eclipse can install from zip and by our reproduction process I need to cache that zip file internally (so that it can't just go away and we lose the ability to recreate this binary in the exact way it was the first time).

Do you have a direct link to the QCVS file so I don't have to go through eclipse to do this (as this breaks our required process)?

Go to https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/search  and in Product search section search for qcvs 4.5 and pick QCVS offline installation packages for CodeWarrior for Power Architectures Rev 4.5
