Codewarrior for Coldfire on Windows Vista 64 bits?

I would like to know if there is a codewarrior for coldfire installer for windows vista 64 bits.

If there is where could I download it?,

If there isn't, is there a way to run codewarrior for coldfire(32 bit version) on windows vista 64 bits ?

I am using Codewarrior for Coldfire version 7.1

I meant Windows 7 .  64 bits version.

You can try XP Mode for Windows 7. Didn't work for us as we're doing USB HID development, and it was pretty slow. You're probably better off just installing XP.
