memory overflow after 64KB

CodeWarrior Development Studio 10.4 has been used with MCU MK60DN512 for our project.

MCU MK60DN512 is supposed to have 128KB RAM, but when static memory is over 64KB, compile error occurs, though Heap size and Stack size was set to 16KB + 16KB or less.

Can someone help?

Regarding to the compiler error, could you please attach the project to help us reproduce the problem? Or please at least attach the link command file and a screenshot showing the compile error. 

In addition, CodeWarrior v10.4 is an old version.  I would suggest updating to latest v10.6.6.

CodeWarrior v10.6 is an old version, please upgrade to CW10.6.6.

Please first install CW10.6.4 which can be downloaded from:

Its update v10.6.5 and v10.6.6 are also available at the same link.

Please check the  "*.map"file , check whether it overflow the memory.

And you can also send this file to me .
