Is there a easy way to include gcov in codewarrior 11?
Does anybody has some experience?

Did not use it recently in CW11, but the following articles apply:
Stock Eclipse:
Code Coverage for Embedded Target with Eclipse, gcc and gcov | MCU on Eclipse
MCUXpresso IDE:
Adding GNU Coverage Tools to Eclipse | MCU on Eclipse
Just keep in mind that it requires lots of RAM on the target (depending on your configuration).
