Problem Occured : 'Computing Source Error'

Does anyone know what this error means and how can it be resolved? I keep getting this as a problem in my codewarrior during coding. But i can still compile and run my code.

I never met this problem. To solve it, we need to know what triggers the error.  thus can you please provide:

1. your demo project we can use to reproduce the problem.

2. Please mention how to reproduce this problem step by step.
