Installing CW10.3 offline version -- CW_MCU_v10.3_b121211_SE_Offline.exe -- on 32-bit Windows XP Professional SP3 (with all software updates installed) brought up
Has anyone else had this problem? Is it safe to continue despite Microsoft's dire warnings?
