GNU & CW10 on same PC?

Can the Eclipse based GNU development system and the Eclipsed based CW10 both co-exist on the same PC?

After a arduous process, I have the Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Mars.1 Release 4.5.1 installed and operational on my main PC.  My next development will require Codewarrior 10.  It would be most desirable to have both applications on one PC, but I understand Codewarrior 10 is ALSO Eclipse based.  Will there be a conflict between the two installs?  Obviously, I don't want to break one by installing the other....

I have multiple Eclipse IDE's and GNU toolchains installed on my machine, and not faced any issues that way with CodeWarrior, as it is using the toolchain inside the CW inststallation.
