Hi,
I'm using CodeWarrior 6.3 with MCF51JE256 microcontroller.
I'm able to compile my project, but when i try to do the full chip simulator there is no JE microcontroller into derivatives options.
Is there a workaround for that?

Do you have JE256 service pack installed? CW 6.3. updates:

Yes. The service pack allows to compile the code, providing include files and libraries for JE256. Without this service pack is impossible to compile code for JE256/128.
However, apparently full chip simulator is not supported.
