Difference between CW6.0 and 6.1 for HCS08?

I have been trying to dig up some patch notes regarding what differences there are between CW6.0 for HCS08 and CW6.1, without success.

If anyone has the link to the documentation or can give me a brief review of 6.1, that would be much appreciated.
