Hi,

I have some static bytes in the source file like a stamp.

When I search for this stamp in the .crt file that will be loaded in the MC it does not exist.

Any one could help me?

Hi Alice,

In time, I forgot to mention that this .CRT file have 0x0D 0x0A record separators.

Could be that this file a Freescale SRecord format?

If so I can create it again with CW easily!!!

Hi Alice,

The target is MCU MC9S08AW32 and to burn it  they use a .CRT file extension that I dont know how it is created and file format.

That's the reason that I am investigating how this file extension was created to solve the doubt.

This file extension .CRT give any clue how can I generate it in the CW?

       The first 16 bytes in the .CRT file are ( hex 0x ) 61 69 73 64 7F 7D 43 5A 43 5D 5D 5F 44 47 5B 5E 6F 5E 73 42 ( 'aisd' )    .

       Thanks for your help!!!

When compiling, S19 is generated and remains in the FLASH folder, the SRecord file type is saved there in S19, where you will find the CRT.
