CodeWarrior HC16Z1 IDE - Forever Lost?

I am looking for a copy of the CodeWarrior HC16Z1 IDE.  I have contacted the support people at Freescale but it seems their archive copy is corrupt.  Does anyone have a copy of the install .exe for this product?  Thank you.

What is exact product name you are looking for?

When I remember right, the last releases supporting the HC16 have been part of a combined installer for multiple processors (HC08, HC11, HC12, HC16,...).

Sorry, I do not have a model or release number.  The following Freescale webpage is all the info I can find.  My copy is corrupt and will not install.  Freescale's archive seems to be corrupt also.  If you have any info on models, releases or combined releases it may help me track down an image with Freescale.

I do not have a web installer for CodeWarrior HC16, but I have an image of CD installer that I could zip and upload on a FTP site.
