Hi Matthias,
please try:
1. removve .metadata folder in your current workspace then restart CW IDE to test the project again.
2. if problem still exists, create a new project with wizard,test if "clean" feature works?
3. if the problem is also in new created project, I wonder the problem is in your CW install system, please uninstall CW and reinstall it again, make sure you disable all the firewall and virus defenders during install, Make sure you have admin right too!!
