The ISO downloadable from https://www.freescale.com/webapp/Download?colCode=CW_TAP_OS_1.0_BSP&prodCode=CW_TAP&appType=license&... doesn't build, and appears not to match what's on the hardware.
(Build errors are because files are missing from bitshrine.org)
Hi Peter,
Could you tell us which MCU and CodeWarrior version are you using?
Best Regards,

We're not using the Codewarrior software suite -- it's too expensive. We have the CWTAP probe hardware and want to use it using gdb. We are targetting a P2020 board.
Hello Peter,
The linked BSP is used for building CodeWarrior TAP firmware, not related with gdb debugging, when CodeWarrior TAP is released to customers, the latest version firmware has already been provided, so this BSP is usually not needed.
Please refer to the following information regarding CodeWarrior TAP gdb debug.
For GDB debugging, first please make sure gdbproxy starts in CodeWarrior TAP, please refer to the thread https://community.freescale.com/message/362363#362363.
There is a step by step video guide about CodeWarrior TAP and GDB bringing up, please refer to https://community.freescale.com/videos/2041.
For more information and document, please refer to Are there any documents describing how to use GDB with Codewarrior TAP?.
If further information is needed, please create a service request from Freescale public Website.
Have a great day,
Yiping
