What to do with CW10.x debug info

I'm having a problem with Codewarrior 10.5.  It won't recognize a known-good P&E Multilink, but that's not THE problem.

I've been asked over and over again to to compose a debug-info message that is then stored on my disk drive.

The screen-shot below shows an offer to send the data to Freeescale: to where and to whom?

Hello Wade:

The "Export Diagnostics" option allows you to create a zip file with the debug diagnostic information. You can take that file and create a Service Request by sending it to support@freescale.com. A better way to do this is to enter directly to www.freescale.com/support and select "Create Service Request", then when filling the options you can attach the zip file so the technical support engineers can loot at it.

Hope this is clear. Please tell me if this does not answer your question.

Regards!
