Memory area address restriction with code warrior 10.6

I am getting the following error which doing RUN in code warrior 10.6. I am using MK10DN128. How can I remove this error.

Could you please create a new bareboard project for MK10DN128? Does CodeWarrior debugger work well with your board?

If not, please unsecure flash by mass ease as the attached doc.

In addition, CodeWarrior v10.6 is an old version, please upgrade to CW10.6.6.
