Is it possible to use a Keil ULINK2 with CodeWarrior?

I have a Keil ULINK2 to flash programmer and I would like to use it with CodeWarrior for a Kinetis processor.  Is this possible?

Officially, CodeWarrior only supports P&E USB Multilink  and Segger J-link, but

for the Keil ULINK2 and I-Jet, it will not be supported as standard.  Freescale doesn’t have patch/driver for that. but Codearrior has functionality to add debuggers and programmers you will need a DLL file from 3rd companies. Please contact Keil (www.keil.com ) and IAR (www.iar.com) for this issue.

Unfortunately no, that tool is not supported by CodeWarrior. You can use either of P&E Micro (OpenSDA, Multilink, Cyclone) or segger tools (Jlink).
