I try to output a PWM signal from S9KEAZN8AMFK chip and I use Processor Expert to generate the code I want.
I set the initial conditions in the component properties tab below (which results in a 50% ratio PWM). Open the generated PWM1.c and attempt to modify the ratio. But even if I change the RatioStore value in the PWM1.c file to 0x0000U, the chip still outputs a 50% ratio PWM signal. The only way I can change it is by editing the component properties down below. Am I doing it wrong? Please help me.

If you just want to modify code in PWM.C file, after modify, you need enable " Don't Write Generated Component Modules" as blow, or the generate code will replace your own code:
