Hello All,

I'am new in development with CW 10.6 and in a currently project with 9S08PA8 I need to share a Pin with an ADC and an Analog Comparator(not at same time). I know it is possible, making one component as main and the other as shared, but I dont' know how to enable the "Expert View Mode" in the Component Inspector. Without enable  "Expert View Mode" is not possible to build the project because the Processor Expert generate an ERROR . Please can anyone help me if I missing something?

Regards,

Hi

In the CodeWarrior 10.6, this has been changed and the Advanced and Expert options are merged into one Advanced view mode so you will see there all available settings.

Thank you for your reply Fiona,

Yes, there are the  Advanced mode view, but I cant' find in that mode view an option to share the component Pin function. In my project I need to share the ADC input pin with a Analog Comparator input pin(not at same time). Yesterday, talking to a friend, I found a possible solution, that would be hand write the code for one component and use the Processor Expert for generenate the other, for example, add the ADC by Processor Expert and hand write the code for the Analog Comparator.

Perhaps this feature would be asked for the development team include in the future versions of the Processor Expert.

Thank you
