How do i get a firmware from MCU

I want to get firmware dump from 9S08FL8 microcontroller. I have USBDM programmer, "CodeWarrior for MCUs v10.7".

I know that this operation does using Save [start_adress]...[end_adress] command in "CodeWarrior for SZ12" command window, but can't command window in CW for MCUs. Please help.
