How do I register MPC5xx codewarrior 8.7, the license email bounces? I've installed it but I have no idea how to generate an evaluation license.dat file.

If I got it right, the question is where to get license.dat file for evaluation version

Please open www.nxp.com, log in using your email account, previously used for evaluation download, click your Name at the upper right of page, select "My account" -> "Software Licensing and Support" -> "CodeWarrior Development Tool - Evaluation Software" - "CodeWarrior for MPC5XX Full License WIN Evaluation / Updates", select "License Keys" tab.

Here please click "generate", if the license is not generated yet, or "view" to view already generated license. Save license.dat file file by clicking "Save All" and place resulting file to your CodeWarrior instalaltion folder - typically "C:\Program Files (x86)\Freescale\CodeWarrior EPPC 5xx V8.7\"
