Help about the USBTAP question

I have programed one code with CodeWarrior V8.2,and I connect the USBTAP to PC. However,when I tried to debug the code,there is one question about the USBTAP protocal, described as"Unknown protocal error",so I try to load configuration of the USBTAP driver with the codewarrior connection server. But there may be some question called ERROR Config Syntax:balalala.........ps: I use a PC with windows x64 and I have solved the compatibility problem with the x86 windows complied with the official way. 

Therefor I need your help very much! Holy Crap! Where is my skill god!
