HELP! FreeMaster_SCI connection question

I have build a FreeMaster_SCI code with PE, but have some question when I tried to connect the PC, and the error show "Can not detect the board information! The communication will be paused. Error code:0x80000101(Response timeout.)"

Which chip do you used ?

Do you used the UART to connect ? If yes, please check whether select the right one .
