FreeCntr counter value to milliseconds

Hi, I am using CodeWarrior to program an MC9S08QG8. On the FreeCntr component, how can I find the frequency of counter value updates? I would like to convert between the FreeCntr Counter Value and milliseconds. The component generated through Processor Expert.

It seems this component can't update frequency when running.

You can check the component of "PPG", whether can meet your requirement .
