Does CYCLONE FX have the function of send result single out?

Hey guys, I have one question..

      When I used CYCLONE FX to download MCU, I can read  sucess or fail through the LED on it. But if I want to record this result on my computer. Which port should I use for this function? Serial Port? But I can't read the single from it. Does CYCLONE FX have this function to send result single out?If yes, which port should I use?Thanks!
