Codewarrior TAP-->30 pins probe Tip connector signal alignment

Hello:

i purchase one codewarrior TAP but didn't recieved the transfer 30 pins probe Tip to 14 pin Once connector to the target system.  so i want to make cable by self.  may i know the signal alignment for the 30 pins probe Tip connector?

This connector is still on sold. So its schematic is not available on our public website.  You may purchase it from:
