mc9s12et256 can work in full chip simulation mode in CW5.1. do you mean your CW4.7 doesn't support mc9s12et256 c full chip simulation mode?

I’m sure CW4.7 doesn't simulate mc9s12et256，Tested in the customer. I don't know why, but CW5.1 can do .

I just checked CW4.7 it also has full chip simulation mode.
