Code Warrior x86-64 crashes at start on CentOS7

Hi,

   I'm new to CodeWarrior.  And, I would like to ask if there is any reported issue using it on CentOS 7 (x86_64)

   I have a p4080ds target device I would like to use to test CodeWarrior capabilities (in particular linux kernel debugging)

   I have downloaded and installed  "CodeWarrior Development Studio for Power Architecture v10.5.1 - Linux.tar".

   In addition, I have installed the Service Pack suggested in the installation guides suited for QorIQ 4080 processors.

   However, CodeWarrior crashes on start.  "Core Dump"!!!

    Has anybody faced this problem?  I'm using Java 1.8.0_91

    Any help is very much appreciated,

Hello Paramahansa Polo,

Please provide some simple steps which you used to operate CodeWarrior when it crashes. If the problem just occurs at opening CodeWarrior IDE, please also provide Linux console log.

Did you follow the steps from README file regarding CentOS or newer installation? Could provide .metadata folder from workspace?
