Any tutorial for CW ?

i've been reading that the best tutorial page for CW with the KL25Z it's mcuoneclipse and i totally agree, but it's too fast for me, i mean it explain about something, but after some tutorials, well i don't understand a lot, so i want to kno if you guys know other page, blog, or book about CW (for begginers please )
