codewarrior 10.0 locks up

Hi there.

I hope this is the correct forum to send this message to.

I have codewarrior 10.0 running on Mac OS X (Leopard).

Since installation of Leopard, I can run the program, however, when I go and attempt to quit after compiling ANY program, even the simple ones that come with the program, I have to force quit.

I would like to reinstall the program, but cannot find the .dmg file

a) is anyone else having this problem?  Did you resolve it?

b) is there a link for codewarrior 10.0 dmg on the web.  I have tried to find it to no avail.

Freescale has gotten out of the business of desktop development and the CodeWarrior tools are for embedded work only. The Mac version has not been updated for some time and is no longer supported. If you need to do Mac application work,  you should pick up the XCode developer tools from Apple here. You'll have to register become you can download. HTH.

I prefer codewarrior to Xcode... and yes I have it and the development tools on my computer

I'd still like to find a place where I can download the .dmg file though. Think something got corrupted in the upgrade to Leopard.

Hi there.

I've done some digging with Activity Monitor and find that when I run codewarrior, a process "null" is what is hanging.

The question is what does it do?

And can it be fixed. I'm getting myself alot more memory for my powerbook, so if it is an available memory issue, perhaps this will fix it.
