Unable to uninstall Code Warrior Development Studio for S12(X) V5.1

I am unable to remove Code Warrior Development Studio for S12(X) V5.1 from my computer. When I tried uninstalling the application, I got the message, "this app has been blocked for your protection. If I try to remove using the InstallShield Wizard, the following message pops up.

I don't remember how I installed the application in the first place, but following are the post installtion files in my computer

Can someone help remove the application from my computer?
