Need ROHS USBTAP update patch

It's urgent to get this patch, I just buy one usbtap tools of ROHS compatible, but I can't find any software disk and packing list  in the packing case, I have fill the download request form in the website a few  days before,but i have never receive the feedback.so I am very  disappointed to  ...........

Could you pls. give me the link address for this patch downloading. thanks

Not sure which processor you are targeting.

I would go the following way:

    - Go to the CodeWarrior "Updates & patches" Web site (at following URL:
      http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/overview.jsp?nodeId=01272600617882)
    - Scroll down to USBTAP-UPDATES and click on it.
    - Make sure you are running the appropriate version of the software. There is a
      note on the update site indicating which version of the tools you should be
      running.
