MC68332 Toolchain

Our company has lost all toolsets related to a very old MC68332 design.

We are in dire need to perform maintenance on the original source code.

1. What version of CodeWarrior is needed to support this old processor.?
2. How can in be purchased and licensed?
3. What about debugging tools?  The old debugger was parallel port based.
