I have a license dongle that the red light is blinking all the time and LMTOOLS can't obtain FLEXID.

Other dongle, the red light is on and works fine. Is the dongle broken or there is a way to save it?

It sounds like that dongle is broken or old enough that the latest drivers do not recognize it. See this web page for more information on the USB dongles.

Note: The USB dongle is not supported on 64-bit Windows 7. However, from your description, if one of the dongles is working, then you are not running that OS version. Just wanted to make sure that you knew.
