CWS12v5.1 SE Install Interrupted

While trying to install CWS12v5.1 Special Edition onto a new machine (even as admin) the Install-shield returns an 'install interrupted' message either at very beginning or near very end of install process after automatic rollback (during component registration). What could be causing this error to happen?

Sorry for late response. Issue was eventually solved recently. The likely cause of issue was the 'regservers.bat' file failing to run, even though I was running CW 5.1 install as admin. Workaround was to install on a good PC, copy files over to affected machine, open cmd prompt with admin privileges and execute 'regservers.bat'.
