read a programed target, save program and download program to a new target

i have a 56f8014 which has a program that I need to copy and save, and then save or download the program in another new and empty 56F8014, which would be the steps that I should take to copy the program without deleting or damage it and that it works exactly the same in the new 56F8014.

Do you have source code? If you do not have, we do not support the utilization generally that you copy the binary code and data from flash and write to another DSC, because it may infringe the other company IP.

Anyway, if you developed the code but lost the source code, you can use flash programmer tools to read the binary code.
