is it possible to store data in the flash?(P9S08QG8)

I am a begginer and trying to use the P9S08QG8 to design a simple password checker.

I'd like to know if it is possible to change the password and store it in the

flash.

Due to I don't want it to lose the password if the power is unplugged.

Yes, it is possible.

Have a look at the AN2295, you will find some ASM code to erase and write page in FLASH.
