Where can I find  a programmer for an old C68HC705J2P (OTP)?

Hello,

Looking for either a service that can program small numbers of the old C68HC705J2P 20 pin dip, or a programmer I can purchase that accommodates this part. Have tried the B&K precision series but they don't support the 20 pin J2.

Thanks!

Bart

The MC68HC705J1A was supposed to be a replacement for this, right?  I couldn't get a datasheet for the J2P (why doesn't Freescale NXP keep their old datasheets on site someplace?) so I can't confirm.

If this is so, however, I have a old-new (never-used) programmer kit for the J1A (for the 20-pin and various packages) that may help.

Tony,

I believe the J1 part has less ROM space than the J2. In any case, what is

the model number and manufacturer of your programmer? Does the manual, or

list of supported chips, exclude the J2?

Thanks for your input!
